本プライバシーポリシーは、モバイルゲームアプリ「NIGHT STOCK RPG」（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリは個人開発者（NightStockRPG Developer）が運営しています。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリは、個人情報を一切収集しません。

具体的には、以下の情報を収集・保存・送信することはありません。

  • 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人識別情報
  • 位置情報
  • 端末の広告識別子（IDFA / GAID）
  • 利用統計・アクセス解析データ
  • 連絡先、写真、その他の端末データ

3. ローカルデータの保存

本アプリは、ゲーム設定（音量、言語設定など）を端末内のローカルストレージ（UserDefaults / SharedPreferences）に保存します。このデータは端末内にのみ存在し、外部に送信されることはありません。

4. サーバーとの通信

本アプリは、ゲームの進行データを管理するためにサーバーと通信を行います。すべての通信はHTTPS（SSL/TLS）により暗号化されています。サーバーとの通信においても、個人を特定できる情報は送受信されません。

5. プッシュ通知

本アプリは、ゲームの進行状況（探索完了・出発予定等）をお知らせするためにプッシュ通知機能を提供しています。プッシュ通知を有効にした場合、Firebase Cloud Messaging（FCM）のデバイストークン（端末固有の匿名識別子）がサーバーに保存されます。

  • デバイストークンはプッシュ通知の送信目的にのみ使用されます
  • 個人を特定する情報ではありません
  • 通知を無効にした場合、またはトークンが無効になった場合は自動的にサーバーから削除されます
  • 端末の設定またはアプリ内設定からいつでも通知を無効化できます

6. 第三者サービス

本アプリは、プッシュ通知の配信にGoogle社のFirebase Cloud Messagingを使用しています。それ以外の広告SDK、アクセス解析ツール、その他の個人情報を収集する第三者サービスは使用していません。Firebase Cloud Messagingの詳細はFirebaseのプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。

7. 広告について

本アプリには広告は表示されません。

8. アプリ内課金について

現時点で本アプリにはアプリ内課金機能はありません。将来的に追加される場合は、課金処理はAppleまたはGoogleの決済プラットフォームを通じて行われ、開発者が決済情報を直接取得することはありません。

9. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。本アプリはそもそも個人情報を一切収集しないため、COPPA（児童オンラインプライバシー保護法）に準拠しています。

10. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの更新およびアプリ内での通知を通じてお知らせします。変更後も本アプリを継続して利用された場合、改定後のポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game application "NIGHT STOCK RPG" (the "App") handles personal information. The App is operated by an individual developer (NightStockRPG Developer).

This App does not collect any personal information.

Specifically, we do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

3. Local Data Storage

The App stores game settings (such as volume and language preferences) in the device's local storage (UserDefaults / SharedPreferences). This data exists only on your device and is never transmitted externally.

4. Server Communication

The App communicates with game servers to manage gameplay data. All communication is encrypted via HTTPS (SSL/TLS). No personally identifiable information is sent or received during server communication.

5. Push Notifications

The App provides push notifications to inform you about game progress (e.g., expedition completion, scheduled departures). When push notifications are enabled, a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token (an anonymous device-specific identifier) is stored on our server.

  • Device tokens are used solely for delivering push notifications
  • They are not personally identifiable information
  • Tokens are automatically deleted from the server when notifications are disabled or when the token becomes invalid
  • You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings or in-app settings

6. Third-Party Services

This App uses Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging for delivering push notifications. No other advertising SDKs, analytics tools, or third-party services that collect personal information are used. For details about Firebase Cloud Messaging, please refer to the Firebase Privacy Policy.

7. Advertising

This App does not display any advertisements.

8. In-App Purchases

The App currently does not include in-app purchases. If added in the future, all payment processing will be handled through Apple or Google's payment platforms, and the developer will not directly access any payment information.

9. Children's Privacy

This App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Since the App does not collect any personal information at all, it is compliant with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).

10. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as needed. If significant changes are made, we will notify users by updating this page and through in-app notifications. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
